Gymnastics
Based in Beaconsfield, T30 was founded in 2005 by Laura Timmins, former Women's Artistic International and British Champion.
After working in schools for many years, Laura Timmins decided to start her own club at the age of 30, hence the name ‘T30’.
Through Laura's love, dedication and inspiration members are able to progress in many key developmental areas.
Gymnastics will build physical fitness, flexibility, body awareness, coordination, confidence, and is also hugely challenging, creative and fun.
