FAQ’s
-
How much are the classes?
Term fees are published on the classes page.
All places are subject to availability and advanced booking is essential.
When do I need to pay by?
To ensure that your child has a guaranteed place for the following term, it is essential that the new terms fees are paid by the last day of the current term. Failure to do so may result in the place being offered to someone on the waiting list.
New members places can only be confirmed once fees have been received.
Can I do a make up class?
We regret that no allowance (either in the form of a fees reimbursement or attending an alternative class) can be made for missed sessions for whatever reason. However, should T30 Gymnastics Club find it necessary to cancel any class, other than for adverse weather conditions, they will make suitable recompense.
-
What should gymnasts wear for training?
Leotards for girls are preferred but not essential. However, any alternative clothing should be close fitting and not contain buttons or buckles.
Boys may wear a leotard and shorts, or a close fitting T-shirt with shorts/trousers not containing any buttons or buckles.
Squad gymnasts are required to wear a leotard.
Any other information?
Hair should be tied up neatly and any jewellery should be removed for safety reasons. Any stud earrings that cannot be removed need to be taped over, and any religious or medical bracelets that cannot be removed need to be covered with a wrist/sweatband.
Warm, fitted layers and non-slip socks may be worn in the winter when the gym is cold.
-
Do you have a sibling or second session discount?
A 10%* discount is available on the fees of a younger sibling or siblings.
A 10%* discount is available on the second weekly session booked for the same child.
*Squad gymnasts, who attend more than once a week, already have discounted fees packages; therefore the 10% discount does not apply; neither does it apply to the IGA membership fees.
NB. No discount will apply unless payment is received at the appropriate time as detailed in the fees tab above.
-
Can I stay and watch?
Unlike the majority of gymnastic clubs, we welcome parents/carers and well behaved siblings to sit and watch the sessions.
Noise levels are required to be kept to a minimum so as not to interrupt the class and to ensure coaches are able to be heard.
Do I have to stay?
You are welcome to drop gymnasts off at the start of their session and be there to pick up at the end if you prefer. We do however, prefer someone to be present for preschool sessions.
Can I take any photos or videos?
No photos or videos to be taken in the gym unless under the strict supervision of a senior coach for the safety of all our members and coaches.

What membership do I need?
T30 Gymnastics Club membership is £39 per annum and is renewable with the autumn term's fees each year. This helps to cover coaches education, equipment upkeep/replacement and reduced rates for holiday courses amongst other things.
Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA) membership is currently £15.99 per annum to provide insurance cover whilst in the gym.
Both annual memberships are compulsory and billed alongside the autumn term's fees each year.
